    With such an impressive cast,how could one Straight-To-VHS video action thriller be so damn boring ?! Under the directing of Armand Garabidian(a director of several MIGHT MORPHEN POWER RANGERS episodes),producer Alan B. Bursteen(FINAL VOYAGE,STORM CATCHER),and scriptwriters Stuart Gibbs,Douglas Sloan,and Richard Gottlieb it is anything but entertaining or stellar as federal agents Marc Singer(THE BEASTMASTER,DEAD SPACE) and Mark Hamill(VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED[1995],THE BIG RED ONE) are hired to protect a murder witness(Deborah Shelton[BODY DOUBLE,PERFECT VICTIMS]) from a murderous hitman(Michael Des Barres[GHOULIES,NIGHTFLYERS]) after witnessing him slay a comely lass(India Allen[WILD CACTUS,SEDUCE ME:THE PAMELA PRINCIPLE 2).
