Filipe Furtado’s review published on Letterboxd:
This was much better than I expected even if director Morgan is better into thinking his movie overall shape than he is at imagining individual moments. It is still less something like The Zero Effect or Brick, high concept calling card detective movies, than The Late Show, with the initial hook actually giving away to a strong character sense. Brody is very good and the fact he is actually around a decade older than his character makes what could be stunt casting and make it more poignant. It is a movie about cultural suspension that ressonates far more than its simple premise suggest.
