Doublej2005’s review published on Letterboxd:
Second watch, no score change. I understand peoples complaints with the sound mixing, but I thought it was better the second time around so maybe it is just a cinema to cinema thing. I get that people want stronger character motivation from The Protagonist, but I feel like we got it through Debicki's character and her relationship with Sator so I didn't mind this. It is still my least favourite Nolan film, but a lower level Nolan film is still top quality. Is it worth seeing in cinemas? If it is safe for you to do so, then definitely. Overall, still a great, thoroughly enjoyable film with some understandable complaints.
