    the final episode had about as much depth as a kurzgesagt video, i’m not sure why he felt compelled to wrap it up. also, anybody who is watching this doesn’t need to watch the last episode anyway. it felt weird

    but, contained in the first five episodes, is some of the most illuminating modern political storytelling i’ve ever seen, pitched against the most cynical interstitial stock footage and bbc reels curtis could possibly find. very funny stuff

    edit: after rewatching the first episode, i think everybody should go and read debt: the first 5000 years
