Leon: The Professional is a fantastic film that brilliantly presents a lonely introverted man who doesn't see much in life other than his job until his target focus is to take care of a young girl, creating possibly one of the best character chemistry's I've ever witnessed in a movie. On top of this, the film is funny, entertaining, intense and still so much fun to watch. Whilst also being pretty upsetting at some parts.
Black Swan is a film about perfection. How perfection can truly affect people who don't strive to be amazing, but to be the best. This film portrays this idea to a genius level. Brilliant performance from Oscar winning Natalie Portman and a bone chilling experience that will have you toggling in your head on what you've just witness. Black Swan isn't a movie with a twist, it's a twisted movie.
Since it was April fools Day, I decided to watch a movie that looked like a fucking joke... that's the only reason why I watched this shit.
Seriously though, this is possibly up there with one of if not the worst movie I've ever had to witness.
Good to know that we're starting off April well.
If you have any films you want me to check out. Please leave the names of the films in the comments. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone and I hope you have a good day.
Fantastic Mr Fox. Fun fact about me, I have never read a single Roald Dahl book in my life. As a kid, I just simply wasn't that interested in reading and the books I actually I actually read as a kid were always dumb ones like Diary of a Wimpy Kid or Captain Underpants. I just never found myself interested in Dahl's books and this was at a time when he was still a famous children's author.
To be honest,…
