Devin’s review published on Letterboxd:
The camera is observing the minor amounts of information projected to certain obscure vantages, the corner of a hallway in a nondescript hotel. The only thing going at exactly that spot on earth at 4am is the blinking lights of the elevator around the corner. Nothing much moves but the flickers and artifacts. A completely impersonal filming in one way — a document to exhaust a place (a la Perec). But there's also something growing in attitude as the camera starts to zoom and pan, like we've become an observing being for the first time at this odd moment, daybreak and the streets are empty, slowly surveying the streets with no context.
