If it's a 90s film with dudes in sunglasses or talking animals... then I'm in
This time rewatching I really noticed how loose the film is on exposition. There’s moments where we don’t fully grasp what they’re talking about but get the general gist and then more of it makes sense as the story progresses.
This works really well and feels so much more natural than how similar scenes could play out in a lot of other films. This also pairs well with how the deaths are quick, violent and unceremonious regardless of how much of a major character it is who was killed off.
