Just a big time movie fan, (mostly horror) writing about movies I love or hate
Ratings based on MY enjoyment of the movie
I had originally seen this years ago, but completely forgot about it until I saw it on Amazon Video and with nothing better to watch, bought it and rewatched it.
I was actually unprepared for once.
It's a lot more graphic and disturbing than I ever remembered it being, made even more disturbing by, and I'm not sure how closely it follows it, the fact that it's based on a true story.
There's a ton of nudity and fucking, and includes a particularly graphic rape scene, so it's not one for the squeamish.

Get it? Get it?
Yeah, this is the retardedness you get when you watch this trash. It's not even good trash.
This is way beyond camp. It makes bad campy horror movies look good. It makes fucking "Gutterballs" look like a fucking masterpiece, which by the way, was directed by the same dude.
But for this, they opt for the absolute worst actors they could possibly find, and…
This movie is pretty far fucking out. Things happen they even I didn't see coming, which is always a good thing for movies like this. It goes far and beyond anything you'd expect.
At it's core it's a horror movie but has a bit of Tarantino thrown in. It's absurd , over the top, funny and violent. You'll be shocked and amused at the same time.
While I used to love this as a kid, it hasn't aged particularly well. Kinda like Gary Busey.
And there's a reason why this isn't talked about as reverently as the first film was. This sequel is just way too cheesy and over the toptop. It's also a lot darker than the original.
Still, it's decent enough and worth a rewatch every once in awhile.
