John B💀die’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not surprised that some of my favorite queer horror films (Knife + Heart, Frisk, Hunters Sense of Touch) all take a cue from this. Wonderfully melds the erotic with the horrific where the fetishized authority figures of the gay leather scene are mirrored/contrasted with the actual horrific actions of the police. There's always risk in cruising, but that danger only amplifies the thrill.
Not sure if this is 5 star worthy (too ambiguous for it's own good at times) but I'm so enamored by the filmmaking here that I'm going to give it 5 stars just out of respect. Genuinely in love with the film's texture; sweaty, grimy, I can almost smell the leather bars through my screen.
