Yet another painfully underseen movie that is as fun as it is bizarrely creative. Written by the man who did Vampire's Kiss and After Hours, Motorama is anything but boring. Imagine somebody took elements of Mad Max, Pee Wee's Big Adventure and Ferris Bueller, then threw it into a blender, then kidnapped Terry Gilliam and the Coen Bros. off the set of Raising Arizona and chucked them in for good measure. Then you might sort of get the idea of…

The definition of a hidden gem. This movie is painfully underseen due to circumstances it couldn't control. Similar to The Ring, this journey down a rabbit hole leads to strange other-worldly revelations that cross into Lovecraftian sensibilities we rarely get captured on film. Some of the scariest setpieces I've seen in years. This film is fiercely directed and any horror fan is doing themselves a disservice by not seeing it. You could make the argument that this film is secretly brilliant. I certainly wouldn't.

It reminded me of the notorious Damon Packard film Reflections of Evil---but less competent and even more nonsensical.

Couldn't tell you what the fuck this movie was about, to be honest, seconds after watching it.

I think it was about some things for sure.

    The End.

One of the most engaging, fun theater experiences since The Dark Knight.

Emotionally satisfying and a worthy conclusion to the MCU as we know it. I'm not certain I think it's better than Infinity War, but this film has a different aim and stuck the landing.

I can't imagine the same kind of emotional investment with the new batch of Marvel superheroes that are taking the mantle who don't seem to have any distinct character traits. If not, Avengers: Endgame is a fantastic conclusion to an ambitious cinematic experiment unlike anything in my lifetime.
