THIS MOVIE IS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED.
Po, a humble cook and Furious Five fanboy, finds himself chosen to be the Dragon Warrior, a legendary kung fu prodigy. Master Shifu, a renowned Kung Fu master, struggles to find inner peace and has to train the fat Panda against his will. Tai Lung, Shifu's adopted son, is a badass, killing machine who will stop at nothing until he has the Dragon Scroll and becomes the Dragon Warrior. These are the three main characters in this fantastic animated film.
The soundtrack is fantastic, and the song during the end credits is so catchy.
Tai Lung's escape was badass. I feel sorry for that poor duck who was being kept in that prison against his will all because of the prison warden's overconfidence.
Mr Ping (Po's father) is such a treat. He's funny, cute, and supportive in the end. James Hong's performance brought a lot of the character's charm.
Oogway is so wise and hilarious. He's like a bootleg version of Uncle Iroh.
My only gripes would be how slow the first few minutes are before Oogway chooses Po, but otherwise, this film is phenomenal.
THIS IS A CLASSIC DREAMWORKS FILM. JACK BLACK IS PO & VICE VERSA.
