    Not much else to be said that I didn’t mention in my first review. It’s a flawed sequel but enjoyable enough. The middle chunk is still way too dragged out and a lot of the direction seems like John Carpenter-lite, although Carpenter did reshoot a lot of scenes which made Rick Rosenthal unhappy. I’m also not big on the twist, despite it being important in the Halloween lore until it was retconned. I’m glad Nancy Stephens got a bigger role…

    I was getting worried that I’d get tired of this, but quite the opposite, I seem to enjoy this film more each time I watch it! Now I’m gonna rewatch Halloween II, the first time I’ll have seen it right after the first instalment so that’ll be interesting.
