Adam Loves Bad Movies’s review published on Letterboxd:
Wow. What a moody, atmospheric, suspenseful and goddamned mysterious gem this turned out to be! Just watch it blind and don’t expect much Klaus Kinski.
Also it kinda goes without saying but Mill Creek butchered their release of this underrated flick. It deserves an Arrow release for sure. Don’t sleep on this. Seriously. I’m so fascinated by the ending and it’s tragic implications?? It’s a lot to digest in one viewing, so I’ll definitely have to watch this again.
Edit: This is my 1000th review here on LB, and I’m so glad that it was something actually worth the milestone.
