Travis Lytle’s review published on Letterboxd:
With a winky glint in its eye, Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett's "Ready or Not" offers both a savage portrait of one attempting to fit in with their new in-laws and a neat, little horror film. Combining domestic allegory and stalker chiller works engagingly well for the film about a young bride and a vicious game of hide seek. The look is textured and classic, the cast is game, and the thrills are wicked while tempered by a clever smirk. With a charismatic Samara Weaving leading it all, the horror romp works quite nicely.
