Christian Berger’s review published on Letterboxd:
Truth that is obstructed due to mass media and their blurring of all lines. Realism is thrown out the door, only for us to see through a thinly veiled and obstructed viewpoint of two heroes. It's pretty hard to actually call them heroes when Snyder deconstructs the entire foundation of what modern day superhero films have perceived these larger than life characters to be. This is a gleefully nihilistic film that has spawned from the depths of a deeply and mean spirited America.
