    Really, really charming! Loved the felt puppet designs of the stop-motion. Saw and appreciated the trans subtext in Robin's arc. Songs were cute. Honestly wish it had been another 40 minutes long, I think this could've just about sustained being drawn out to feature-length. But guess it's better to be left wanting more.

    This film's continued insistence on forcing Lady Gaga and Al Pacino's pitch-perfect executions of camp to share screen space with Jared Leto's utterly wretched attempt at the same is some real "STOP! STOP! HE'S ALREADY DEAD!" shit.

    Disappointingly exactly what I expected. Dull and for some reason ponderously drawn-out generic story. A fetishised and distractingly fake feeling aesthetic depiction of Tokyo which frequently called to mind similar work on that American Ghost in the Shell.
