Vertigo ★★★★★

"You shouldn't keep souvenirs of a killing. You shouldn't have been that sentimental."

Vertigo is a beautiful film that is equally enchanting and intriguing. The cinematography and camera work from Alfred Hitchcock is marvelous. You will remember the water, garden, bars, hotels, hallways and rooms. It makes you figure out a mystery alongside its hero, while you're dazzled by the lovely score from master composer Bernard Herrmann. Vertigo also contains the very best acting performance of James Stewart and Kim Novak plays one of the most alluring femme fatales in film. In all, Vertigo remains one of the most lovely films in the history of cinema.
