  • A Quiet Place Part II

    A Quiet Place Part II

If you enjoyed the first film then this is certainly one you have to see in the cinema, director John Krasinski has returned to the story with a passion and you can see that in the production of A Quiet Place Part II and also shows that the first film was indeed worthy of a superb sequel, could we get third times a charm, maybe. It’s been a long wait for this movie, but the wait has certainly been worth it.

  • Army of the Dead

    Army of the Dead

It’s a movie I’d been waiting to see since Netflix starting teasing us with the trailer, so last night I sat down to watch the almost two and half hours of Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead!

I have to say that after the introduction in the film on how the zombies first took over Las Vegas I absolutely loved the opening credits with the slow-motion action, amazing soundtrack and the pink lettering that really stood out on the screen,…

    Monster Hunter

Well that was completely bonkers and to be honest I only gave it two stars because I found the 4DX more entertaining than the film itself. Had hoped for this one but sadly disappointed by the film.

    Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard is an all-out action-packed, crazy and in parts bloody movie, if you loved the first film you are going to love this one, but if you weren’t a fan then it’s probably not going to be for you. If you’ve not seen the Hitman’s Bodyguard then check that out first so that you know the characters and if you enjoy that, then go see this one and check it out in IMAX.

Metcalf certainly has a look to his films and that goes for the direction as well, I really enjoy his style of shooting and what he brings out of the cast and in particular, when Metcalf and Nicholas work together in productions they produce something worth watching and Adverse is no exception. There are some great moments from cinematographer Derrick Cohan, look out for a scene on the rooftop at night it looks fantastic.

    Adverse is a film…
