This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I've only seen this and Rosemary's Baby. I loved Rosemary's Baby, but after watching this I might actually change my mind. It's staggering to me that people want to seperate the art from the artist, even though rape is such an important plot element in both of these works. And even if the rapists are painted as the villains, they still always win in the end. I can't fucking help but imagine Polanski getting off to the endings of these films. I can live without his work, and anyone who says they can't are either too weak or just as demented.

This is the pinnacle of contemporary animated film. Much like the main character, Bill, himself, this film will live on for years upon years and will continue to inspire and grow and change with every interaction.

I instantly lose respect for anyone that tells me to watch this, or any other of D.W. Griffith's work.

"B-but it was the first feature length film! It laid the groundwork for all future movies, and for that it deserves some respect! And he made Intolerance!!"

Shut up, cuck. I can like film without sucking the dick of a long dead racist.
