Tobias Olson’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is an odd case in that I think this an above average genre film but I do not think it is a good *Jess Franco* film. Outside of the nightclub scenes there isn't much here that screams Uncle Jess. On the other hand this movie looks like a million bucks--dynamic B&W photography, dope compositions, etc.--and I found the plot engaging, in particular the reveal of the black gloved killer. This one might play better with the Noir Alley crowd than with Francophiles looking for another fix.
