Buffalo '66 is one of the most wonderfully unique films I've seen. From the collage of scenes in the beginning, to other scenes overlapping others and zooming in, cancelling out the scene that was playing, to the other-worldly musical moments that feel alien from the film's otherwise gritty and harsh nature, and so on. From a filmmaking stance, it's incredibly original and inspired.
