The nostalgia alone wasn’t enough to carry it. As much as I love Carrie Coon & Paul Rudd & even though I thought McKenna Grace was very good, the script was just lackluster.

Though I’m not quite smart enough for the Shakespearean dialogue, I quite enjoyed the performances. Between Denzel & Frances you have two of the finest actors the film industry has even known and it was a joy to see them on screen together.

Definitely the weakest in the trilogy and you can definitely tell Spielberg didn’t direct it. It lacks that certain magic and touch that he brings. However, there are still some things here to enjoy. The CGI is considerably better than the first 2 films, and it’s action packed. Even more so than it’s predecessors.

“Bats frighten me. It’s time my enemies shared my dread.”

Still an incredible film and fantastic origin story. Nolan’s take on the classic DC superhero is dark and gritty awesomeness on an epic scale and Bale is great in the lead role. Neeson is also a scene stealer as the mysterious baddie Ras Al Ghul.
