Ethan Johnson’s review published on Letterboxd:
While I definitely noticed a lot more issues with Tenet (2020) on rewatch, I still love this film.
The main issue I had this time was that the writing felt inconsistent. There were particular sequences in which the rest of the plot revolved around, but the bridges between those sequences were simply bridges. Although each major sequence is amazing, you really notice how amazing they are compared to the bridge moments. Also, it annoyed me how choppy the film was. A character would be talking to someone about doing something, and then we would jump to that character doing what they said they would in an entirely new location and we have no clue how they got there, how they know the people they know, etc. That’s about it, but yeah, Tenet (2020) is still really good.
P.S. That score... it gives me goosebumps every time.
